- $1 million dollar settlement. The client was struck from behind by a semi-truck on I-95. The client suffered a severe foot injury. Liability was disputed and the driver stated my client did not have lights on the trailer she was pulling. - $1 million dollar settlement. My client was involved in an accident with a semi-truck that turned in front of him. The client suffered a broken femur, 2008
- $2.1 million dollar settlement after litigation. My client was a law enforcement officer who lost his leg while riding a motorcycle.
