Kevin M. He was licensed to practice law in Florida (2011), New York (1991) and Massachusetts (1991). He embarked on his legal career as an associate at a distinguished Wall Street firm in New York City. Subsequently, he progressed to become a partner at a Boston-based law firm, where he served as the head of the firm's European Initiative and Public Company Practice Group. 

Beyond his legal endeavors, Mr. Barry is an associate of the Indian River County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the New York State Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. As chairman of the board of trustees at St. Edward's School, a board member of the Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast, a member of the Board of Trustees for the Environmental Learning Center, general counsel to the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, a board member of Octavian Village, Inc. and president and member of the board of trustees for The Research Coast Principium Foundation, he has actively served the region in a variety of leadership roles.
