Paul R. Berg is a partner at WhiteBird, PLLC, located in Vero Beach, Florida. A lifelong resident of Florida, Mr. Berg is certified as a specialist by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education in both Business Litigation and Civil Trial law.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, Mr. Berg owned and ran three restaurants before attending Florida State University College of Law. He was awarded his J.D. with Honors in 1991. During law school, he served an internship with the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court. Admitted to practice in Florida, Mr. Berg is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the Northern District of Illinois, the Northern District of Georgia.
Having been successful in securing many sizable verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, Mr. Berg has been selected as a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is an active participant in several professional groups including the American, Indian River County, Brevard County and St. Lucie County Bar Associations. Highly regarded by his peers, Mr. Berg has served as President of the Indian River County Bar Association, Chairman of the Business Litigation Certification Committee of The Florida Bar, the Florida Bar's Statewide Nominating Commission for Judges of Compensation Claims as well as a member of the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee of The Florida Bar.
