Thomas Tierney focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing clients in commercial, business, employment, real estate, and probate and trust disputes. With extensive trial experience, Tom has tried numerous cases to verdict before both judges and juries. He also advises clients on construction law, including contract drafting and review, lien issues, and risk management strategies.
With more than three decades of legal experience, Tom began his career in San Diego handling business and commercial litigation before relocating to Vero Beach in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Florida and California, in all federal district courts in Florida, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Tom received the Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award in recognition of his long‑standing commitment to providing legal services to those in need.
