A member and chair of the litigation department of Rossway Swan in Vero Beach, Florida, he handles numerous legal issues, including commercial and business litigation, estate and trust litigation, employment and labor law and litigation, construction law and litigation, and debt collection and judgment enforcement, among many others.

Mr. Tierney completed his undergraduate studies in 1987, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree (with high honors) from the University of Notre Dame. He went on to attend UC Law San Francisco and received his Juris Doctor (cum laude) in 1992.
