Hutch Brock specializes in personal injury law and is the only Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with his home office in Wesley Chapel. He serves Pasco and Hillsborough County, among other locations, and is centrally located between their three primary courthouses: downtown Tampa, Dade City and New Port Richey.
As the founder of Brock Law, Hutch Brock is a highly regarded and sought after Florida personal injury trial attorney. From the firm's office in Wesley Chapel, he has been retained to handle claims throughout Florida for those harmed by the negligence of others. He has pursued and settled thousands of cases, and taken cases involving trucking accidents, medical malpractice claims, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent security and nursing home abuse to trial. He also has extensive experience in other civil litigation matters, including business litigation, workplace harassment or discrimination and professional malpractice.
A Florida native, Mr. Brock attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate and for law school, and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1990. After graduation he joined a Tampa insurance defense firm before shifting his focus to representing plaintiffs. Admitted to practice in Florida, Mr. Brock is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Mr. Brock has been certified as a specialist in civil trial law by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has also received recognition from his fellow attorneys, notably his AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and his 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. A member of the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice, Mr. Brock is also a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar. He is a Florida State Supreme Court Circuit Civil Mediator. Active in his community as well, he is private counsel for the Pasco County Fair Association, Sunrise of Pasco County Domestic Violence Center, is a former member of the board of directors of the Pasco Education Foundation and the Dade City Rotary Club and Past President of the Pasco County Bar Association.
