Adriana Vargas

Adriana Vargas is the founder and managing attorney of Agave Law Firm, LLC, in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she leads a client-centered civil litigation practice. Her practice areas include automobile and semi-truck collisions; premises liability claims arising from slip-and-falls and bed-bug or dog-bite incidents; wrongful death suits; pedestrian and bicycle accidents; and homeowner’s insurance disputes such as mold damage. She also advises on breach of contract, civil theft, destruction of personal property, negligent security, real estate transactions, foreclosure defense, divorce and child support modifications.

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Ms. Vargas brings the discipline and dedication honed in military service to every matter she handles. With more than 15 years of experience as a civil litigation and trial paralegal before earning her J.D., she seamlessly transitioned to practicing law, offering clients comprehensive representation in a broad spectrum of civil matters. 
Ms. Vargas holds a Master of Science degree in international relations from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she graduated in 2021. During law school, she interned with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and served as an editor for the Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice and Cybaris: The Intellectual Property Law Review. She further augmented her legal training by earning a Certificate in Law and Business, concentrating on sports law and the intellectual property rights of both domestic and international athletes.

Recognized for her adept legal writing, Ms. Vargas skillfully prepares motions, briefs and memoranda. Comfortable in the courtroom environment, she is adept at depositions, hearings, trials and settlement negotiations. From case inception to resolution, including appeals, she remains steadfast in her mission to ensure that all clients receive equitable legal representation and the highest level of advocacy.
