A 1984 graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Rockenbach obtained his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1988. The Florida Bar admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Rockenbach is an active member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association, where he has served as chairman of the organization's Appellate Practice Section. He has also served as chairman of the Technology Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He has also written extensively and conducted many lectures and continuing legal education seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics.
