Brandon Dinetz

The founder and principal attorney of BD Law in West Palm Beach, Florida, Brandon Dinetz has maintained consistency in providing judicious and expeditious legal representation to clients throughout the surrounding region in contentious criminal defense matters pertaining to DUI/DWIs, drug offenses, weapons charges, domestic violence, theft, criminal traffic offenses, DUI manslaughter, probation violations and many more.

Mr. Dinetz made his first foray into the world of law through his enrollment in the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he honed his legal talents specifically regarding criminal law. After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2016 – and his license to practice law in Florida a year later – he served as an assistant state attorney at the Office of the State Attorney, 15th Judicial Circuit, in Palm Beach County for four years, where during this time he gained immense exposure to the inner workings of the judiciary he operated within. Prior to attending law school, he completed his undergraduate studies in 2012, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in international trade from the University of Buffalo.
