Christopher B. Hopkins, a partner at Hopkins PA in West Palm Beach, Florida, brings nearly three decades of trial and appellate experience to every engagement. Mr. Hopkins earned his J.D. from Tulane Law School, a master's from Wesley Theological Seminary and a B.A. from the University of Richmond. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and the District of Columbia, as well as before the Florida federal district courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuits, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Representative cases include NetChoice v. Florida, Schwartz v. ADP, Cano, Inc. v. Judet, DiTanna v. Edwards, Pennymac v. Ocean Place and Consolidated Health v. Fenelus, among many others.

Beyond litigation, Mr. Hopkins serves as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University’s Honors College, teaching Constitutional Law II, litigation techniques and moot court – and acts as an attorney-fee arbitrator for The Florida Bar. He has also held leadership roles with the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. He is also a prolific author; his articles examine social media discovery, drone evidence, arbitration law and technology issues.
