Daniel Lewin

Daniel Lewin is the founding attorney at Lewin Law Firm, PLLC, which is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. He focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense matters, including those involving traffic tickets, misdemeanors and serious felonies.

From The University of Tampa, Mr. Lewin has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science, government and world affairs, and business administration and management. He attended the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence and graduating in the top 25% of his class. In law school, he was a senior associate of the Law Review.

Additionally, Mr. Lewin was an active member of the Public Interest Law Society, the Criminal Law Society, the Toastmasters International and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. After law school, he started his career in law by working at the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office as an assistant public defender. He eventually became an attorney who handled complex criminal law cases for clients facing years in prison.

Mr. Lewin is an enthusiastic participant in his legal community and has memberships in The Florida Bar, the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
