Additionally, Ms. Mutamba has served as an assistant city attorney in the city of Riviera Beach, managing employment, labor and workers’ compensation law.   • 9:19-cv-81620-AHS (US Southern District of Florida), FOX v. GAINES et al. I represented Ms. Fox who was a victim of sexual harassment at the hands of her landlord. Ms. Fox lost at the trial level, but was won on appeal. This was a case of first impression that now allows other tenants to bring sexual harassment claims in Florida under the housing discrimination laws., 2019
