The founder of Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa, Gerald A. Rosenthal focuses his practice exclusively on workers' compensation matters. Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, he provides representation to clients throughout Palm Beach and Martin counties who have been injured on the job or who have contracted an occupational disease and who are accordingly seeking their rightful benefits under their employer's insurance coverage. Mr. Rosenthal has been certified as a specialist in workers' compensation by the Board of Legal Specialization and Education of The Florida Bar. Highly regarded by his fellow attorneys for his successful track record and superb ethics, he has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, and he has also received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Rosenthal's credentials include his frequent presentations at workers' compensation seminars, including the annual Workers' Compensation Forum presented jointly by the Workers' Compensation Section of The Florida Bar and the Association of Workers' Compensation Professionals. He was a pioneer in obtaining benefits for people who contracted hepatitis C in their workplaces. Admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, Mr. Rosenthal is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Rosenthal attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1968. Remaining in Gainesville, he pursued his legal studies at what was then known as the University of Florida College of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1973. After graduation, Mr. Rosenthal spent several years as an attorney at a prominent union labor law firm, where he represented police officers, firefighters and construction workers who had been injured on the job. He founded his current firm in 1985.
