Gregory Salnick

Gregory Salnick is the owner and managing partner at Salnick Law, P.A. Growing up with a father who was a criminal defense attorney, he learned early on that one’s bad decision could have a lifetime of consequences. This provided Gregory with the insight to understand the contrary meaning of that life lesson, a person’s character and future should not be defined by a moment’s action.

In 2010, Gregory began his legal career at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. To date, he has tried over 100 jury trials, involving charges from DUI to armed robbery, drug trafficking, and murder. He also handles federal cases of all kinds.

In 2019, Gregory became Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by the Florida Bar. His practice also takes him outside of Florida, where he has appeared pro hac vice in a number of cases, including in California and New York.

His practice is devoted exclusively to state and federal criminal defense. He is often called upon to represent police officers who have found themselves accused of a criminal offense or the subject of an investigation. He is a very active trial attorney and is available 24/7.

Gregory is also active in Bar Association activities. He has served as a Board member of the Young Lawyers section of the Palm Beach County Bar. For two years he was an active member of the Inns of Court. He also spends time mentoring younger lawyers. He is a member of the Florida and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a member of the Criminal Law section of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida as well as the District of Columbia Bar.
