Jane Kreusler-Walsh is Board Certified as a specialist in appellate practice, the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of an attorney's competency and experience in a specific area of law.  Ms. Kreusler-Walsh focuses on civil appeals and litigation support involving complex commercial, medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, class action, insurance, securities, marital and family law, and probate and trust law issues.

Ms. Kreusler-Walsh is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 11th Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.  She has more than 500 reported decisions to date.

Ms. Kreusler-Walsh has a long record of service to the bar and is an active member of several professional organizations. She is the Vice Chair of The Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee.  She holds an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and has received numerous honors and awards.
