Jeffrey Mansell

He holds his license to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Southern District of West Virginia. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 11th circuits.
