Kelly Hyman

The founding attorney of the firm, The Hyman Law Firm, P.A., Kelly Hyman, is a nationally recognized attorney practicing law in the state of Florida from the firm’s office in West Palm Beach. Quite often referred to as the “modern day Erin Brockovich," she tirelessly pursues justice for the citizens of Florida who have been caught up in legal battles involving complex matters such as human trafficking, sexual abuse, water contamination, personal injury issues and mass torts.

Ms. Hyman’s professional endeavors have earned her accolades and awards from several organizations, including The National Trial Lawyers, which named her one of the Top 100 Florida Lawyers and a peer-review rating of AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell.

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Ms. Hyman obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies in 1998 and her master’s degree in the same subject from Barry University in 2000. She pursued law at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 2003. A year later, she obtained her bar license to practice in Florida. She also represents clients across multiple other states, including Colorado, New York and North Carolina.

In addition to her daily legal activities, Ms. Hyman serves as a legal analyst and has appeared on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC,  BBC, Court TV, ABC, and more, sharing her thoughts and insights on the particular development being discussed.
