Leonard S. Feuer

Attorney Leonard S. Feuer is the founder and owner of The Feuer Law Firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. Serving clients throughout Palm Beach County and the surrounding areas of South Florida, Mr. Feuer focuses his practice solely on criminal defense, and he provides invaluable counsel and support to those who stand accused or are under investigation for serious state and federal criminal offenses, including violent crimes, racketeering, white collar crimes, trafficking, sexual battery and murder.

In addition, he represents clients accused of DUI and other traffic-related violations as well as property and theft crimes, assault, and charges stemming from presumed self-defense in accordance with the state's Stand Your Ground law. Along with maintaining a successful trial practice, he also has extensive experience with appeals, and he has gained a reputation for his in-depth legal knowledge as well as his aggressive approach to helping his clients obtain the most favorable outcomes for their serious legal predicaments.

Early in his legal career, Mr. Feuer worked as an assistant state attorney in Miami-Dade County, and he served as a supervising attorney in charge of training up-and-coming lawyers in prosecution methods. As such, he has invaluable insight into the criminal justice system from both sides that helps him devise the most effective defense strategies for the accused. Along with establishing his own private practice, he helped found Forensis Technologies, which provides digital document imaging and litigation support to other attorneys in his area.

A 1996 graduate of the University of Miami, Mr. Feuer returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Mr. Feuer maintains active involvement with The Florida Bar and many other local, state and national legal organizations, including the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He has also served as co-chair of the Criminal Section of the Palm Beach County Bench Bar as well as member of The Florida Bar's criminal rules and grievance committees.
