• $9,974,791.42 Verdict - Breach of Contract - Partners Michael Pike, Talina Bidwell, and Daniel Lustig successfully represented a former Lake Worth police officer in a landmark breach of contract case, securing a $9,974,791.42 verdict. The officer, catastrophically injured in 2001, was entitled to benefits, including health insurance, under the law. However, the city fought against providing these benefits, subjecting him to an eight-year worker’s comp defense. This trial concluded decades of litigation, with the jury awarding the full cost of care to our client. We're proud to have achieved justice for this deserving individual., 2023
