He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Over the course of his more than 20 years of practicing law, Mr. Pike has achieved unprecedented success helping his clients in the business litigation area of practice in connection with breach of contracts, real estate litigation, shareholder and partner disputes, as well as representing physicians and medical practices. In addition, Pike & Lustig has a separate Personal Injury department whereby Mr. Pike and his team have helped clients recover the maximum amount of damages for the injuries and losses they incurred due to someone else's negligence, securing millions of dollars in settlements and awards thus far.
Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Pike is a member of several local, state, and national bar associations. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, and he has served as president and treasurer for the Palm Beach County Justice Association. He is also the past chair of the grievance committee and a former member of the codes and rules of evidence committee for The Florida Bar.

The officer, catastrophically injured in 2001, was entitled to benefits, including health insurance, under the law. However, the city fought against providing these benefits, subjecting him to an eight-year worker’s comp defense.
