Michelle R. Suskauer

Michelle R. Suskauer is past president of The Florida Bar and is managing partner of the West Palm Beach office of Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, P.A., law firm. Nationally ranked as among the preeminent trial lawyers in the country, Ms. Suskauer has over 30 years of total legal experience, and she provides unmatched counsel and support to clients throughout South Florida and beyond who stand accused of any type of felony or misdemeanor criminal offense.

As a criminal defense attorney, Ms. Suskauer has gained a reputation as a leader in her field. She has also served as president of the Palm Beach County Bar Association as well as president of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She has also served on the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar for the 15th Judicial Circuit, and she has chaired many of the organization's committees. Additionally, Ms. Suskauer is the President of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Society Palm Beach County. A 1988 graduate of Boston University, Ms. Suskauer obtained her Juris Doctor from the American University's Washington College of Law in 1991. She began her legal career as a public defender before entering private practice, and she has achieved a long record of securing acquittals, dismissals and reductions of charges for her clients.
