Monica E. Daniels

Monica E. Daniels is the founder and manager of The Daniels Law Group in West Palm Beach, Florida. She represents clients in legal matters involving property insurance claims, slip-and-fall accidents, motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury-related matters.

Well aware of the strategies that insurance companies use, Ms. Daniels fights aggressively to pursue what her clients need and deserve. She provides customized and personalized approaches to each client’s unique case. Ms. Daniels has a reputation for her efficient representation and zealous advocacy. She handles every case with the compassion it deserves and provides dedicated support throughout the process.   

With a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political science from the University of Florida, Ms. Daniels pursued a career in politics in Washington, D.C. After which, she studied law and earned her Juris Doctor from the Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center.

While in law school, Ms. Daniels was the executive board member of the Moot Court Honor Society and gained invaluable experience in family law, personal injury and dependency law. It was here that she realized the importance of providing quality legal services and ensuring that justice prevails.

Ms. Daniels is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. An active participant in law, Ms. Daniels is a member of The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division, the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association.
