After graduating from Duke University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in public policy studies, Mr. Hauser attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1995. After law school, he spent a year as a research assistant with the Florida Third District Court of Appeal and then joined a West Palm Beach boutique litigation firm, where he was a shareholder until joining Pankauski Hauser PLLC in 2014. Admitted to practice in Florida, Mr. Hauser is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Held in high regard by his fellow professionals, Mr. Hauser has received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo.

A former chairman of the Appellate Practice Certification Committee of The Florida Bar, Mr. Hauser is a member of a variety of legal organizations, including the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
