Robert M.W. Shalhoub

As a board-certified matrimonial and family law attorney with the Law Offices of Robert M.W. Shalhoub, PA, Mr. Shalhoub brings over 30 years of experience to Palm Beach, Florida, as well as Martin, St. Lucie and Broward counties and all of South Florida. Mr. Shalhoub is known for representing very high net worth family law cases and is dedicated to helping his clients with the complicated divorce issues of alimony, child support and custody, paternity, premarital agreements and the division of assets and valuation.

Mr. Shalhoub received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Florida in 1974, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor at Cumberland School of Law – Samford University in 1977. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court.

In addition to teaching several legal courses at Palm Beach State College, Mr. Shalhoub lectures at seminars on custody concerns and business valuations, and has authored pieces on family law issues. His peers have given him the highest possible rating of AV-Preeminent* with Martindale-Hubbell, and he has been featured in Who's Who in American Law since 1992.

Among many awards and recognitions, Mr. Shalhoub has received The Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Service Award from the 15th Judicial Circuit; the Outstanding Young Men of America Award; and the Juvenile Law Award from the Palm Beach County Bar Association and Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. He also received the first ever "And Justice for All" award from the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County in 2000.
