Scott C. Murray

Scott C. Murray is a partner at the Murray Guari Trial Attorneys PL located in West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He serves clients throughout the State of Florida, helping them with personal injury cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, defective products and more.

Graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s from Georgetown University, Mr. Murray went on to earn his law degree from the University of Florida in 1992. The same year, he was admitted to practice in Florida and later in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Mr. Murray gives back to his community by volunteering his spare time to serve as the president of the Georgetown Alumni Club of Palm Beach and an instructor for the Justice Teaching Program. He is also a part of the developmental committee of the Rosarian Academy, a member of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County and chair of the board of directors for the Vita Nova Inc., a nonprofit that helps prevent youth homelessness.

Sharing his legal knowledge with his peers and up-and-coming attorneys, Mr. Murray is a frequent guest lecturer at various educational and legal organizations. He has also published several works on legal topics such as insurance coverage, consumer protection issues and wrongful death claims.
