While there, he was a member of the school's law review as well as its Moot Court Team, and he placed as finalist and won the Best Brief Award at the 45th Annual National Moot Court Competition.

Drawing upon his extensive legal knowledge, Mr. Pincus has published several articles and conducted lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics. He is a national member of the Order of Barristers, and he is an active member of The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Justice Association.
