William H. Pincus

Attorney William H. Pincus is a partner with the Pincus & Currier LLP law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. After graduating with high honors from the College of William & Mary in 1981, Mr. Pincus earned his master's degree from Duquesne University in 1983. Upon deciding to enter the legal profession, he returned to the College of William & Mary and attended the college's Marshall-Wythe School of Law. While there, he was a member of the school's law review as well as its Moot Court Team, and he placed as finalist and won the Best Brief Award at the 45th Annual National Moot Court Competition.

Drawing upon his extensive legal knowledge, Mr. Pincus has published several articles and conducted lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics. He is a national member of the Order of Barristers, and he is an active member of The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Justice Association.

Along with practicing before all Florida state courts, Mr. Pincus is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
