In 2017, he achieved his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

While at law school, Mr. Sepulveda assumed a leadership role on the executive board of the law school’s national trial team, showcasing his dedication to excellence. As a highly skilled advocate, he actively participated in seven national and statewide tournaments, achieving notable successes, including two national championships and one state championship in trial advocacy.

Furthermore, Mr. Sepulveda received high commendations for his exemplary performance in trial practice, civil procedure and prosecution clinics while serving as a certified legal intern at the state attorney’s office in Gainesville, Florida.

Mr. Sepulveda has served the community as an assistant state attorney at the state attorney’s office in West Palm Beach. In this role, he demonstrated exceptional competence by successfully prosecuting over 70 jury trials involving violent and nonviolent crimes against the residents of Palm Beach County. Subsequently, he transitioned to a prominent insurance defense firm, where he adeptly managed all facets of personal injury cases, from initial claims filing to litigation.

Within this capacity, Mr. Sepulveda played a pivotal role in defending major insurance carriers against claims involving catastrophic auto negligence, bad faith and premises liability. His vast courtroom experience and nuanced understanding of insurance companies uniquely position him to assist clients in achieving just and equitable resolutions.
