Dylan Cappello

Dylan Cappello is the managing attorney at Cappello Legal, P.A., located in Winter Haven, Florida. He takes on personal injury matters including wrongful death, first-party property claims, car accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, hurricane claims and denied homeowners’ insurance claims.

With an understanding of the negative impacts of injuries caused by the careless and negligent actions of another party, Mr. Cappello fights aggressively for his grieving clients. No matter the time of day or night, he is always available to talk and fights fiercely for their rights and fulfils their every need.

Mr. Cappello has a Bachelor of Arts degree in world affairs and government, and a minor in philosophy from the University of Tampa. During this time in college, he worked at many personal injury firms and was a part of the university’s Moot Court board. He secured his Juris Doctor from the Stetson University College of Law in 2017. 

While in law school, Mr. Cappello gained invaluable legal experience by working beside trial attorneys in personal injury cases. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida since 2017. He started his own personal injury firm in his hometown so that his community would have an attorney who would fight for them against all odds. 

Active in giving back to those who need it most, Mr. Cappello volunteers as a mentor for high school students in the Take Stock in Children program for Polk County. He is a tenacious and remarkable litigator, and as a result, is named to the Top 40 under 40 list by The National Trial Lawyers.
