Pro bono/Community Service:

  • Represented client, Mariah Berry, in the case of State of Florida v. Mariah Berry.  Charge:  Aggravated Manslaughter.  The client had previously been represented by the Public Defender's Office , had entered a plea of Guilty, and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.  We withdrew the plea, which ultimately resulted in an acquittal -- all charges dismissed.
