- Kohl v. Pluris Wedgefield, LLC, Case No. 2020-CA-004390-O, Fla. Cir. Ct., Orange City. Matthew Mokwa of the Maher Law Firm was appointed class counsel in this class action that involved drinking water contamination of an Orange County, Florida neighborhood. The court-approved settlement provided members of the class with $3.3 million in monetary relief and significant equitable remedies in the form of increased water monitoring and testing. Pelvic Support Systems Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2387 - This multidistrict litigation involved claims against Coloplast related to transvaginal mesh implantable medical devices.
