Paul J. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, Mr. Morgan followed his Father's footsteps and enrolled in law school.  In 1981, he graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law with honors, receiving his Juris Doctor.  After one year practicing law for a small firm in Cincinnati, in 1982, he and his wife (now 41 years married) moved to Orlando to take an Attorney position with a large, nationally recognized firm of Akerman, Senterfitt, and was asked to continue with a spin off firm of Zimmerman, Shuffield, et al.  Since 1986, he has been representing individuals who are injuried, disabled or discriminated against.

Throughout his career, he has successfully litigated cases against most major insurance carriers and manages cases statewide in both appellate work and trial practice. Mr. Morgan spent time with the Orange County Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Program as a volunteer mediator and serves as Chair of the Social Security Disability Committee.  He estimates having personally appeared in front of Administrative Law Judges for SSA clients in over 7000 cases.  He is licensed in the local Federal Court in Orlando and the Eleventh Circuit (Appellate) Court, located in Atlanta, Geaorga.  The attorneys and professional staff of Morgan, White-Davis & Martinez, P.A. remain actively serving the needs of clients on an individual basis.
