As founder of the Cigelske Law Firm, Mr. Cigelske is committed to representing clients in the Greater Atlanta Area and throughout Georgia. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science from The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Mr. Cigelske earned a Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1998.
An avid motorcycle and bicycle rider, Mr. Cigelske has an intimate knowledge of the dangers other drivers pose to those on two wheels. With 20 years of experience practicing law, he has assisted clients in securing the compensation they deserve, following collisions caused by someone else. Devoting personal attention to every case, Mr. Cigelske enables clients to focus on healing while he fights on their behalf.

Verdicts / Settlements (Case Results)
- 2009- Burks v Fulmer Helmets, Confidential settlement obtained in the US District Court, Northern District of Mississippi for the widow and two surviving children of Jeremy Burks who was killed from massive head trauma in a motorcycle versus pick-up truck collision. Plaintiffs contend the decedent's helmet detached due to a design defect in the helmet's chin strap. 2010- Goddard v Gary's Grading and Pipeline Company, Jury Verdict obtained in State Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in the amount of $830,000.00 as the result of a motorcycle versus logging truck collision. 2011- Dugas v. AFC, Inc. et al. Settlement obtained in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, Mississippi in the amount of $1,250,000.00 as the result of a motorcycle versus backhoe collision. 2011- Heumann v. Johnson Controls, Et al.,Confidential settlement obtained in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia for a man who suffered paraplegia in a rear end collision as the result of a defective automotive seat headrest. 2012- Kilfeather v. Stover, settlement obtained in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia in the amount of $250,000.00 as the result of an automobile collision caused by a defendant driver that was charged with DUI.
