Bryan Cigelske

Bryan Cigelske is the founder of the Cigelske Law Firm, based in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he offers dedicated legal representation to clients in complex civil matters. He focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death and product liability cases, advocating for individuals and families seeking accountability and compensation after serious harm.

With a client-centered approach, Mr. Cigelske works closely with those navigating difficult circumstances, offering strategic guidance and strong courtroom advocacy. Mr. Cigelske earned his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1995. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Samford University Cumberland School of Law in 1998, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation and trial practice.

Admitted to practice in Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia, Mr. Cigelske is also authorized to practice before several federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama; U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi; and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Cigelske maintains affiliations with numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and multiple state and local bar associations. He has also been involved with the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Section, serving on its executive committee, and holds lifetime membership in the UAB National Alumni Society.
