Kevin J. McDonough

Attorney Kevin J. McDonough is a partner at the Cumming law firm of Miles Hansford LLC. Since joining the firm in 2016, Mr. McDonough has continued to focus his legal practice on business law, corporate formation, family law and general litigation. Thanks to attorney McDonough's continuing dedication to both individuals and business clients, he has quickly built a reputation as one of the leading lawyers in the north Atlanta metropolitan area and the surrounding counties in North Georgia.

Mr. McDonough began his legal career in 2002 after earning his law degree from University of Georgia School of Law and his admission to the State Bar of Georgia. Prior to joining his current firm, Mr. McDonough had served clients as a sole proprietor at his own firm for five years.

Over the past nearly 15 years, Mr. McDonough has assisted countless individuals working to overcome delicate family law challenges, along with countless businesses and corporations working both through disputes and proactively to prevent future issues.
