These comments were made by fellow attorneys during the annual nomination process.
“Mali represents her clients with passion and dedication. She is a well-respected litigator in the area of family law, and is known to acheive results for her clients. She also supports the community, both in terms of supporting fellow attorneys and supporting other local businesses as well. ”
“Mali is exceptionally devoted to her clients, their interests, and the needs of her clients' families as they navigate the challenges of divorce and post-divorce litigation. I have handled countless cases against Mali, and I have always admired her professionalism and zealous advocacy. Mali and I have also handled a number of cases together, working as a team in various related domestic cases. I can easily say I have never seen another attorney come in to a courtroom as prepared as Mali always is. She never ceases to impress me with her seemingly rote memorization of applicable law and the many intricate facts involved in complex divorce and custody cases. In addition to being an extraordinary litigator, she is also a tough and skilled negotiator. She always comes to the table intimately familiar with her client's goals and needs, committed to aggressively pursuing the very best outcome in all of her cases. Over the last five years, I have gone toe-to-toe with Mali in bench trials, Motions hearings, and even a five-day jury trial. She enters a courtroom without hesitation or apprehension, dedicated to fighting for a fair outcome to achieve stability for families all across the metro-Atlanta area. I am equally impressed with Mali's community involvement and devotion to growing her practice. Mali can always be spotted at local and state bar networking events, community events, and conferences. She is eager to learn, and never misses an opportunity to build on her already impressive set of skills. Mali's dedication to her career is distinguishable from that of many other bar members in that her interest in growing a book of business is not limited to her own self—interest. Beyond achieving her own personal goals, Mali has a sincere dedication to finding people and families she can help in a significantly meaningful way. Mali is genuine, honest, and diligent. She has undoubtedly earned a great deal of respect not only from me, but from the family law community as a whole. I know I am not alone in seeing that Mali deserves recognition for her commitment, advocacy, professionalism, and service. Mali is beyond qualified to be named as one of Georgia Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” for the 2020-2021 year. I am confident the Super Lawyers committee will agree. Thank you for your consideration of this nomination. Respectfully, Caitlyn M. Lindsey-Hood”
