Ryan J. Swingle

Ryan J. Swingle is the founder of the law firm Swingle Levin, LLC, in Athens, Georgia. He represents clients with criminal defense matters involving DUI, malice murder, felonies, misdemeanors, sex offenses, university misconduct and so on.

Mr. Swingle has been licensed in Georgia for over 22 years and uses his years of experience and skill for the benefit of his clients. Actively affiliated with prominent legal associations, Mr. Swingle is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), the Western Circuit Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL), where he served as a former president. Mr. Swingle is a faculty member at the National Criminal Defense College.

Mr. Swingle has lectured at many renowned seminars, including at the Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program, where he is a faculty member.
