Details
Tim Hall is a founding partner of the firm Hall & Collins Injury Law, LLC, located in Athens, Georgia. He focuses his practice on personal injury cases, including car accidents, burn injuries, catastrophic injuries, day care injuries, drowning accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, trucking accidents, and wrongful death.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Georgia Southern University, Mr. Hall earned his Juris Doctor from the Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law. He graduated with dean’s list honors from both university and law school. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia’s state and superior courts and before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia.
With over 28 years of experience trying personal injury claims, Mr. Hall serves as a zealous and tireless advocate for his clients’ rights. Following his successful completion of law school on a full scholarship, he focused his early legal career on insurance defense work, representing insurance companies in disputes with injured parties. The experience allowed him to learn firsthand how insurers work to avoid paying legitimate claims.
Mr. Hall’s time spent on the opposite side of the table at insurance firms allowed him to gain information that he now puts to use on behalf of his clients, who have been gravely hurt due to the carelessness of others. He has spent the last decade of his professional life tending to catastrophically injured people.
Mr. Hall is an accomplished attorney in Athens, having won millions in verdicts and settlements for his clients. His impressive record in court and the size of the verdicts he has won for his clients have made him a popular speaker and instructor at legal seminars around the state.
Honored for his legal contributions, Mr. Hall was included in the list of Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers. He was named to list of Top Attorneys in Georgia by the Atlanta Magazine for five years in a row. He has also received a 10/10 rating on Avvo.
