Ashley Schiavone

Attorney Ashley Schiavone is the owner and managing partner of the Schiavone Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia. Serving clients throughout Fulton County, Gwinnett County and the surrounding areas of northern and central Georgia, Ms. Schiavone devotes her time and efforts to delivering the highest level of advocacy and support for those facing DUI and other criminal charges.

In addition, she and her law firm also represent those going through an uncontested divorce.

A 2004 magna cum laude graduate of Florida State University, Ms. Schiavone attended Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2008. That same year, the State Bar of Georgia admitted her to practice, and she is also admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Widely regarded as one of the top DUI defense attorneys in the region, Ms. Schiavone completed courses with the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration for DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and Instruction, and she received certificates from the National College for DUI Defense for having completed courses related to mastering scientific evidence. She also completed the Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program with the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Among her professional affiliations, she is a member of the American Bar Association, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is also the founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.
