Ashley Wilson Clark, an accomplished attorney, is a partner at Buckley Bala Wilson Mew LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. During this period, she served as the primary defense counsel in numerous jury trials, diligently advocating for indigent clients. Prior to her law degree, she graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, where she majored in political science and religion. Before joining Buckley Bala Wilson Mew LLP, Ms. Clark had extensive experience representing individuals, businesses and governmental entities in civil matters involving D&O litigation, complex torts, contract disputes, professional malpractice, insurance coverage, employment litigation and civil rights claims.

Ms. Clark made a substantial impact as a pivotal trial team member who effectively secured a $5 million jury verdict. This accomplishment arose from her representation of a court-appointed receiver for a defunct community bank. The victory centered on cases involving negligence and breach of fiduciary duty by bank directors and officers. Notably, this triumph was later upheld by the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Clark actively participates in Atlanta's legal community as a master in the Bleckley Inn of Court. Additionally, she is a respected member of professional organizations such as the Atlanta Bar Association, the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the Georgia Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
