Beth E. Rogers is the president of Rogers Law Offices in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Rogers handles cases involving bankruptcy, collection, commercial litigation and troubled assets. She represents clients in Atlanta and throughout Georgia.
A practicing attorney for over 20 years, Ms. Rogers has experience with both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Over the course of her career, she has resolved complex bankruptcy cases on behalf of both creditors and debtors. Her current clients include individuals, corporations, creditor committees and regional and national lenders.
Away from her law office, Ms. Rogers remains actively engaged in the Atlanta legal community. She is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and sits on the board of the association’s sole practitioner/small firm section. She also belongs to the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association for Female Executives and the Turnaround Management Association.
Serving her community through pro bono activities is important to Ms. Rogers. She volunteers with the Atlanta Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral and Information Service program and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation’s Dollars for Judgment Program and is involved in the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation.
Ms. Rogers earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio’s Antioch College and received her law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. She holds licenses to practice law before all Georgia and Tennessee state courts, as well as the Georgia federal, appellate and supreme courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Following law school, Ms. Rogers practiced at a private Atlanta-based bankruptcy law firm and developed her skills in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She founded Rogers Law Offices in 2008.
