Brandon C. Hardy is a partner at Schulten Ward Turner & Weiss, LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia, where he practices at the intersection of commercial real estate, business transactions, complex title disputes, securities and capital offerings, and commercial and residential real estate litigation. Clients rely on him for the full arc of a property's life cycle – acquisition, development, leasing, financing and eventual disposition – delivered with the precision of someone who understands both the legal architecture and the financial mechanics underlying a deal.

That dual fluency is no accident. Before turning fully to law, Mr. Hardy trained as a CPA with a concentration in mergers and acquisitions, and that grounding continues to shape how he counsels developers, investors and lenders today. He structures and governs project-specific entities and joint ventures so that legal form serves financial substance, represents commercial lenders in real estate financings and is especially active in the multifamily housing and community banking spaces.
