Brandon Hornsby

Protecting clients and their rights for close to two decades, Brandon Hornsby continues to represent those in the Atlanta metropolitan area, as well as Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb and Gwinnett counties. As founder of the Hornsby Law Group, Mr. Hornsby is a former state and federal prosecutor, who is qualified to handle all aspects of personal injury, including car accidents and wrongful death. He also serves those who have been discriminated against, whether because of retaliation, age, race, gender or other violations of whistleblower and civil rights laws.

A passionate representative for the underdog, Mr. Hornsby’s career success has led him to be a featured legal expert on ESPN, CNN, National Public Radio and Court TV. His moving arguments and thorough examination of witnesses in the courtroom earned him a reputation for paying close attention to detail and leaving no stone unturned. He has handled high-profile cases of murder, sexual harassment and medical malpractice, including the defense of John and Patsy Ramsey, clients falsely accused of murdering their daughter.

In jury trials, Mr. Hornsby has served as lead counsel more than 100 times. Named Georgia’s Assistant District Attorney of the Year at a young age, Mr. Hornsby never lost a murder case during his public service. Now, in private practice, he brings the same commitment and superior knowledge to every case.

Before Mr. Hornsby began his successful legal career, he received a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, and then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law. Admitted to practice by the State Bar of Georgia, he continues to be a zealous advocate for his clients.
