Brian Goldberg is an experienced civil litigator with a focus on real estate disputes, commercial and business disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, premises liability actions, and corporate-transactional advisement. Mr. Goldberg has successfully litigated quiet title actions, boundary line issues, foreclosures, creditor-side bankruptcy, landlord/tenant disputes, contractor liens, and many other types of cases. Mr. Goldberg handles all aspects of civil litigation from start to finish, in state and federal court, and from investigation, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeal. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Goldberg is a frequent speaker at national conferences, and additionally enjoys frequently serving as local counsel advising institutional borrowers and lenders on the enforcement of Georgia security instruments in multimillion-dollar securitization transactions involving thousands of properties. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Goldberg served in a supervisory role for five years in a large Atlanta law firm’s bankruptcy department. In law school Mr. Goldberg completed a summer clerkship with the Honorable Judge James R. Sacca of the Northern District of Georgia, United States Bankruptcy Court, and also won Best Petitioner’s Brief and Oral Argument Finalist in The Charleston School of Law National Moot Court Competition. Mr. Goldberg is from Marietta, Georgia, and now lives in Johns Creek, Georgia with his wife Katie and two daughters.
