Brittany Barto

Brittany Barto represents clients with concerns involving personal injury, labor and employment law and class action litigation. She serves clients through the law firm of Hall & Lampros, LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia. Providing sound and knowledgeable counsel to her clients, she is well-known for devising practicable solutions.

With a genuine concern for the well-being of her clients, Ms. Barto is an aggressive and tireless advocate for their rights. She knows how difficult it can be when you have been injured by someone else’s carelessness or facing discrimination, harassment or any other unfair practices in the workplace. She keeps her clients informed through every stage of the legal process and efficiently handles each case both inside and outside the courtroom.

Graduating magna cum laude, Ms. Barto has a bachelor’s degree in international business from Bradley University. She went on to pursue her legal studies at the Georgia State University College of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2019. While in law school, she clerked for a renowned judge at the Superior Court of Fulton County.

Additionally, Ms. Barto was an active participant and won a national championship as a part of the GSU Law Student Trial Lawyers Association’s William Daniel Mock Trial team. She is licensed to practice in Georgia and before all Georgia state and superior courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia.

Actively affiliated with the legal community, Ms. Barto is an enthusiastic member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Association and the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women Alumnae Club.
