Mr. Ramos is an alumnus of the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, and is a graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences at the Florida State University.  He is a member of the Supreme Court of the United States, Federal Northern District Court, Georgia Supreme Court, and Georgia Court of Appeals.  He is a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation issues and his legal articles have been published in several national and regional magazines.

Most recently, Mr. Ramos served on the lobbying team instrumental to securing the Congressional Gold Medal recognition for Filipino Veterans of World War II.  He is a three-time honoree as being one of the 25 Most Influential Asian-Americans in Georgia, as selected by the Georgia Asian Times.  Mr. Ramos has been invited to the White House to serve on various civic engagement working-committees, as well briefings for Filipino-American leaders.  In 2018, Mr. Ramos was accredited by the Republic of the Philippines to serve as notarial officer in the State of Georgia.
