As an undergraduate, Mr. Hawkins attended Morehouse College, where he majored in political science and received a Bachelor of Arts. He then went on to pursue his legal education at the University of Georgia School of Law, and he participated in several moot court competitions and was named to the Order of Barristers before obtaining his Juris Doctor.
