Ms. Kresky completed her legal education at Emory University School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10 of her class and was invited to join the Order of the Coif. She also received awards for achieving the highest grades in torts and civil procedure. 

Demonstrating her leadership abilities, Ms. Kresky served as the president of the Lamar American Inns of Court and actively participates in various other legal organizations. She is highly regarded as both an author and lecturer on topics related to litigation and family law. She has also served as an expert witness.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Kresky obtained her undergraduate degree from Colby College where she graduated in the top 10% and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She earned a master’s degree in political science from Columbia University. Before embarking on life as a lawyer, Ms. Kresky gained valuable experience in writing and lobbying while working at AIPAC and successfully managed a profit center for a New York Stock Exchange home furnishings company.
