Charles M. McDaniel Jr. is the founder of Charles M. McDaniel Jr. Law LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia, where he focuses his practice on mediation and conflict resolution. With more than 35 years of distinguished legal experience, he approaches conflict not as an obstacle, but as an opportunity for collaboration, healing and growth. His work is guided by a deep commitment to community service and a belief that thoughtful resolution can move individuals and organizations beyond adversity toward meaningful solutions.

Throughout his career, Mr. McDaniel has built a reputation for excellence as a trial lawyer, adviser and mediator. His trial experience includes more than 75 cases taken to verdict, numerous appeals and the successful resolution of thousands of disputes through mediation.

Over decades of practice, Mr. McDaniel developed substantial experience in litigation strategy and conflict dynamics across a broad range of matters, including catastrophic bodily injury, wrongful death, construction defect claims, insurance coverage disputes and extra-contractual bad faith claims involving multiple policy types.
