Having secured numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and recoveries over his distinguished 25-year-long career, Mr. Hall is unfazed by the many twists and turns of complex cases. From winning a $180 million class action lawsuit against Sirius XM to recovering $550,000 in damages for a car crash involving back injuries, he has the experience to match his enthusiasm in playing a small role in alleviating his clients from the many stressors they face.
After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Hall attended the University of Georgia School of Law and received his Juris Doctor with honors in 1996. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Moreover, he has litigated numerous cases across 20 states.
Outside his law practice, Mr. Hall holds memberships in many prominent legal organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys.
