Nationally renowned for her work in personal injury law and civil rights, Tricia “CK” Hoffler always puts her best foot forward to resolve the pressing legal matters her clients inadvertently find themselves in. As the CEO of The CK Hoffler Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, she represents individuals across the state as well as throughout the United States. She focuses her practice on medical malpractice and negligence, catastrophic injuries, truck accidents, and name, image and likeness (NIL) matters, among many others.

With over 35 years of experience protecting victims’ rights, Ms. Hoffler’s understanding of personal injury law and broad knowledge on the subject is a great advantage to whomever she represents. Licensed to practice in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia and the District of Columbia, she is a national adherent to providing justice and compensation to those who were unnecessarily injured due to the reckless act of another. 

Internationally educated, Ms. Hoffler is well-learned of many cultures and is proficient in French, Spanish and Portuguese. She graduated with her B.A. degree in French language and literature from Smith College in 1984. During this time, she studied abroad at the University of Geneva for a year. She then attended the Georgetown University Law Center and received her Juris Doctor in 1987. 

Since the start of her illustrious career, Ms. Hoffler has gained many acknowledgments and accolades from a plethora of prestigious legal organizations for her continuing contributions to the legal profession. This includes being named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women as well as receiving the Randolph W. Thrower Lifetime Achievement Award from the State Bar of Georgia.
