Clay S. O'Daniel

Clay O’Daniel is a founding partner of the law firm O’Daniel McDonlad, LLC, located in Sandy Springs, Georgia.  He practices civil litigation and specializes in Transportation/Trucking Litigation, Construction Law, and Insurance Defense.  His transportation practice spans a broad horizon ranging from defending liability claims involving serious personal injuries to the pursuit of complex property damage claims.  Mr. O’Daniel attended Furman University on a football scholarship where he played defensive end for the Paladins. He served on Law Review at Georgia State University School, where he graduated with honors.
