Clifford M. Weiss

Clifford M. Weiss is a distinguished attorney at Fox & Weiss, P.A., based in Atlanta, Georgia, where he excels in all facets of employment law. Appointed by three Georgia Governors, he has served as a State Administrative Hearing Officer, overseeing trials and adjudicating cases for the Georgia Department of Community Health and the Georgia State Health Planning Agency.

Before establishing Fox & Weiss, P.A., Mr. Weiss honed his skills in employment law and corporate litigation at two prominent nationwide law firms in Atlanta. His extensive experience also includes serving as general counsel for various organizations.
